Is there a free trial available? +
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime during or after your trial.

How does the AI learn my brand voice? +
During onboarding, you provide sample content, brand guidelines, and tone preferences. Our AI analyzes this data to understand your unique voice. It improves over time as you approve or edit its suggestions, creating a feedback loop that refines its understanding of your brand.
Can I review AI-generated content before it goes live? +
Absolutely. You can set your AI Agent to "Draft Mode" for content review, "Approval Mode" for one-click publishing, or "Autonomous Mode" for fully hands-off operation. You're always in control of how much automation you want.
What languages does the AI support? +
Our AI supports 50+ languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Arabic. It can automatically detect the language of incoming messages and respond appropriately.

Security & Privacy

Is my data secure with SocialGenie? +
Security is our top priority. We use bank-level 256-bit encryption, are SOC 2 Type II certified, and GDPR compliant. Your data is stored in secure, redundant data centers and never used to train our AI models. We also offer SSO, 2FA, and custom data retention policies for enterprise clients.
Do you store my social media passwords? +
No. We use OAuth authentication, which means we never see or store your passwords. You authorize access through each platform's official login, and we receive secure tokens that can be revoked anytime. You're always in control of what we can access.

Pricing & Billing

Can I change my plan later? +
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No hidden fees or penalties.
What payment methods do you accept? +
